  • Do I need to be in shape to start personal training?

    Not at all. We work with people of all fitness levels—including beginners. Our sessions are completely personalized and designed to meet you where you are today.

  • What should I wear to a Fascial Stretch Therapy session?

    Comfortable, flexible clothing like leggings, mid-thigh shorts, or other athletic attire is perfect. You'll remain fully clothed during the session, and we’ll guide you through gentle assisted stretches on a treatment table.

  • How often should I come in for sessions?

    It depends on your goals. Some clients come 1–2 times a week for training or stretch therapy. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that fits your life and budget.

  • I’m visiting the Keys—can I book just one or two sessions?

    Yes! We welcome both locals and visitors. Whether you’re here short-term or long-term, we’re happy to support your wellness goals while you’re in town.

  • Where are you located, and how do I book?

    We’re based in Key Largo and serve the Upper Florida Keys. You can book directly through our website or reach out via phone/email for availability and personalized scheduling.
